The shots I love best usually unfold somewhere between what we set out to do and what actually happens. The quiet, often unpredictable moments between intention and the unexpected, that’s where I like to work.
I’m Elana, a Toronto photographer with nearly a decade of experience photographing artists across theatre, film, and the wider creative industries. My approach is collaborative and people-focused, always rooted in story, process, and a deep trust in natural moments.
I studied Film Production at York University, and I bring that same narrative sensibility to every project. While I’m based in Toronto, I work with clients both locally and internationally.
